The hotel features great amenities, including a wonderful indoor pool and friendly staff that enhanced our experience. The room cleanliness could be improved, as we encountered some debris and hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast prices were quite high for the quality served, something to consider .

Housekeeping was consistently attentive, our accommodations were well-maintained. The staff was helpful, accommodating our large group's needs efficiently, whether it was room changes or assistance with lost keys.

Some areas lacked clear signage.

The room for older kids. Also, location was pleasant, relatively close to American Music Theatre. Restaurants and bars were near the place.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

I found several staff members helpful. Convenience.

No ice machine in the hotel worked. Very dated and average. Breakfast buffet was in a restaurant and inedible at $10 pp. When the cot was delivered, the door was opened, the bed was pushed in far enough to close the door and we heard "see ya". Paid $130 for the night but felt like a $50/night hotel.

The rooms are a nice size on the 300 level, so that guests have essentials. They offer a private safe and climate control. It offers perfect, excellent location.

The location was ideal for visiting local attractions such as Dutch Wonderland and the Tanger Outlets. The pool area was also enjoyable, offering a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our room had a limited view and some noise issues from outside that affected our sleep .

I was disappointed in the decor I stayed there many years ago and it looked a little runned down plus we are seniors and there was no elevator for the room had to walk up a flight every time.no refrigerator for my insulin was really an inconvenience . the regular breakfast was good tho they advertised the buffet and never had it because it was monday. They should let you know

Too much walking not convenient for seniors

It was the location of a wedding we were attending. There could be more after hours choices (i.e. food options in the bar area). Staff was fine but not exceptional. I've stayed at New Jersey beach resorts and had better/more friendly interactions. We asked for a church location and were given directions but there was no service time nor a phone number that we could call and check. These amenities make a stay more relaxing. The other suggestion I have is a night light for the bathroom. That's a bright light during the middle of the night.

The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic to unwind in after busy days. The arcade kept the kids entertained, and the bar area offered great drinks. Plus, the food stand during competitions was super convenient! My experience really stood out because of the lovely bar staff who made our evenings nice.

We found it comfortable, clean and great location. Also, everything at the hotel is contained. If you wanted room service they have it or if you don't want to leave the hotel and have dinner they have it.

It was a really really nice stay for three nights. The location was stunning near everything and the staff here was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. Moreover, it's right by the center of town and places to eat. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control and an individual safe inside the room.

The indoor pools were fantastic for the kids, providing hours of entertainment. We found the location very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. It was disappointing to have limited access to outside food and to find the layout somewhat confusing to navigate.

I stayed at lhr about four years ago for a conference, and I was very impressed by the facility as a whole. This time I just stayed overnight, and did not use any facilities except our room. I found the room to be somewhat dated, with a very small television with very limited number of channels offered. The bathroom fixtures were very old (the sink had cracks in the porcelain) and the shower curtain ripped.
